If you work in PR, advertising or publishing, you will no doubt have experienced first hand those many howlers that happen in our business. Ones where it's someone else's fault, but it's always the agency and the account handler who gets blamed.

Now, I intend to bring together a collection of the funniest, most ridiculous yet entertaining anecdotes in a special edition book, with the working title "PR Blunders".I haven't approached Alistair Campbell yet to write a foreword, but there's plenty of time.

But I need your help.
