Our communications strategy, advice and implementation significantly assisted Unitech in achieving a reputation of excellence among its investors, peers, suppliers and customers. This led to a highly successful agreed takeover by Siebe in 1997 for which the strategic media campaign was cited as being fundamentally instrumental in achieving a higher share price premium for shareholders than would otherwise have been.
